This memorandum describes the condition of the Wailing Wall in Jerusalem as specified by the international fact-finding commission charged with this issue in 1930. It demonstrates, using original documents and Israeli sources, that Israel altered these conditions by force following the June 1967 war, in clear violation of the rights of Palestinian Arabs, as spelled out in the recommendations of the international commission.
