Abstract: 

This book discusses the Camp David accord. It consists of an analytical introduction to the accord and its consequences, a four-part documentary overview, and an appendix. The first section contains a complete set of the official documents of the Camp David accord and the texts of the correspondence between the Egyptians, Israelis, and Americans. The second section contains the documents issued by these three parties, including speeches, statements, and interviews. The third section surveys the Arab reaction to the accord, whether the collective Arab political action, or individual reaction. The fourth section monitors international reaction to the accord. The book also contain an appendix which consists of Israeli Prime Minister Begin’s plan for self-administration in the occupied territories.
