The Palestinian-Israeli Peace Negotiations: An Overview and Assessment
More than fifteen months after the convening of the Madrid conference- and while there is a lull in the negotiations due to the change in the U.S. administration and the deportee crisis-it is useful to assess what the negoti- ations have already achieved around the table and what they have brought about on the ground.
